✔️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders (Full Refund or Free Replacement)
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Issues eligible for a refund or replacement include:
- misprints or printing flaws
- items damaged during shipping
- receiving the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
You do not need to ship the item back.
How to start a return request:

- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We will respond quickly and make it right.
❌ No Returns for Size, Fit, or Buyer’s Remorse
Because each item is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- incorrect size ordered
- color preferences
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse

📦 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Package Policy
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
- Check with neighbors
- Look around entry areas
- Contact your local post office
If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we’ll replace it for free.
If the package was stolen, we will help you file a claim with the carrier and offer discounted replacements when possible.
🕒 30-Day Window for Claims
Customers must report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.
