If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Whether the size didn't fit quite right or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.

  • All products must be in the condition you received them. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
  • All markdowns are final sale AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
  • All accessory, beanies, hats, and Mystery Pack purchases are final sale. 

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

      1. Contact our customer support team at info@iowaapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for your return and any additional details that may be helpful.
      2. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
      3. Package your item securely and ship it back to us.
      4. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging.
      5. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting our customer support team.
