Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item. You do not need to return the affected item.
If an error in our product description or size chart caused the problem, we will make it right at our expense.
How to request help
Email info@iowaapparel.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. For an incorrect item or size, include a photo of the item and its size label.
Customer sizing mistakes and changes of mind
Except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise, we do not offer free returns, refunds, or exchanges when the correct item was supplied but you ordered the wrong size or color, prefer a different fit, or changed your mind.
Discounted size replacements
If you need another size, email us for a replacement quote. The price will cover production, shipping, and transaction fees. You can keep the original item; no return shipment is needed. We will confirm the price with you before placing a replacement order.
Lost, missing, or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with your local carrier. Contact us promptly if it remains missing. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will replace it for free. For stolen packages, we will help with a carrier claim and offer a discounted replacement when possible.
Report damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. For an order that never arrives, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date.
Approved refunds
We will notify you when your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Our products are made to order. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
